Carina assists clients with a variety of corporate matters, including incorporations and organizations, corporate filings, dissolutions with the Corporate Registry, maintaining annual registrations for extra-provincial corporations, and preparing and maintaining minute books.
Carina was a legal assistant in Family Law and Immigration Law before joining McKercher LLP. Carina is fluent in English and Mandarin.
